Below are the terms and conditions for the eBay Motors Auctions:

     It is our mission to broker positive transactions between buyers and owners of fine collector vehicles. e-MotorClassics is representing this vehicle on eBay for the owner. We are not in possession, the owner provided us the information and photos for this eBay auction and has stated the representations are true and accurate to the best of his/her knowledge. Owner agrees to sell the vehicle if the reserve is met or an offer is accepted.

1.      The owner provides and is responsible for any and all representations within this auction and not e-MotorClassics, eBay user ID e-MotorClassics. The owner states that the representations are honest and accurate to the best of his/her knowledge and assumes all legal responsibilities for the vehicle and representations. Owner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless e-Motor Classics, Inc., from any liability resulting from this transaction, including reasonable attorney fees.

2.      At the conclusion of the auction and upon reception of the deposit, we will place the winning bidder in touch with the owner to arrange for inspection. e-MotorClassics will accept the deposit on behalf of the owner. The deposit is 6% of the total selling price unless the vehicle is below $10,000.00. If the vehicle is below $10,000.00, the deposit is a flat $600.00. This deposit is due within three (3) days of auction closing. The deposit can be paid by Visa/MasterCard, PayPal or Certified Bank Check only. 3.      Inspection is mandatory and must be done within ten (10) days of auction closing. Inspection can be done by the buyer personally and/or a third party inspector that the buyer hires. We will be more than happy to assist in finding a third party inspector for the buyer, but it is inevitably the buyer's responsibility. e-MotorClassics may allow a buyer to waive inspection under certain circumstances. Please contact our office in this regard as any variation from these terms must be in writing and agreed to by all parties prior to auction ending. If inspection is not completed within 10 days, the deposit is non-refundable.

4.      Full payment is due within ten (10) days of auction closing. After the deposit is paid, the balance remaining is to be paid to the owner of the vehicle directly. Acceptable forms of payment are wire transfer, certified bank check and cash. Please note that if using a certified check, the owner may wish to insure the check clears prior to letting the vehicle go. Please keep in mind you are not purchasing a new car that is claimed to be flawless. Instead, you are purchasing a vehicle that is old and expected to have normal wear and tear from age. The vehicle is sold "as is where is without any warranty implied or expressed". All sales are final once inspected and paid in full.

5.      If the vehicle was materially misrepresented, your deposit is refundable and you are not liable for the purchase but this must be determined within the allotted ten (10) day inspection period. We require you to put in writing via email or fax the material misrepresentations in order to receive a refund of your deposit. Please note that many times we offer the right to refuse the vehicle for Any reason upon an on-sight personal and or third party inspection but it still must be within the 10 days or the deposit is non-refundable and still must be accompanied by something in writing stating why you are not taking the vehicle.

6.      Bidding on this auction or making offers demonstrates your acceptance to indemnify and hold harmless E-Motor Classics, Inc., from any liability resulting from this transaction, including any reasonable attorney fees.

7.      PLEASE DO NOT bid unless you have full intentions of purchasing at your bid price. Your bid is a legally binding contract as eBay clearly states. We reserve the right to end the auction early. We also reserve the right to verify any or all bids to ensure excellent auction integrity.

8.      WE DO NOT accept bid retractions. If you bid and retract you will be added to our blocked bidder list and future bids will NOT be accepted. eBay allows for you to triple check your bid before finally entering the bid. Our integrity is impeccable as our feedback shows and we demand the same from our bidders.
